When we first purchased the Space Grill, it was delivered and the representative also assisted in the installation! We received a couple of extra goodies at the time at no charge as well. There was also next to no waiting time for delivery. We installed the BBQ in an area that unfortunately fills with smoke when the open grill side of the BBQ is used - no fault of Space Grill but when that side of the BBQ is fully loaded, it produces a large amount of smoke. We therefore decided to purchase a solid plate to avoid the fat spitting and smoke but Haven't has a chance to use it yet with a fully loaded BBQ. May I suggest that your design people come up with a removable lid that could be placed over the open grill to keep smoke contained. Just a minor problem that we've encountered but extremely happy with the BBQ and service - 5 stars!

The team at Space Grill did an excellent job to replace damaged grill with no fuss. GREAT product, easy to use and clean and looks good too !
